INASP are excited to announce that they are ready to launch their VakaYiko Evidence-Informed Policy Making Toolkit via a webinar on Tuesday, 24th May, 2016. 11:00 -12:00 (BST).  The Toolkit is a flexible, adaptable suite of online and offline resources to support capacity development of civil servants for EIPM in developing countries. For those who can’t attend the live session they will provide a recording shortly after.

During one hour of the webinar Clara Richards senior programme manager, INASP and director VakaYiko Consortium will explain what Evidence-Informed Policy Making means to them and share her experience about working on this Toolkit. Then Emily Hayter programme manager (INASP) will shed light on the four key principles of the Toolkit. Annelise Dennis, Capacity Development Approaches Coordinator will talk about adult learning. Kirchuffs Atengble, Programme Coordinator, Ghana Information Network for Knowledge Sharing (GINKS) will share his experience of using this Toolkit during the pilot in Ghana.

This webinar will be useful for anyone working on Evidence-Informed Policy Making and strategising to enhance the way it helps research contribute to policy.
