Jessica Mackenzie

Jessica Mackenzie is a Research Fellow in the RAPID Programme at ODI. Jessica specialises in policy influence and improving the role of knowledge in policy-making globally, with expertise in Indonesia and broader South East Asia. Prior to joining the ODI, she worked for AusAID on governance, education service delivery and designs for evidence-based policy and practice programmes.

As part of the WWGS2016, John Young and Jessica Mackenzie of ODI’s RAPID programme hosted a ‘knowledge café’ on building commitment to evidence-informed development policy and practice.

About Us

Research To Action (R2A) is a learning platform for anyone interested in maximising the impact of research and capturing evidence of impact.

The site publishes practical resources on a range of topics including research uptake, communications, policy influence and monitoring and evaluation. It captures the experiences of practitioners and researchers working on these topics and facilitates conversations between this global community through a range of social media platforms.
