INASP seek Director of Evaluation, Learning and Communication

INASP are looking for a Director of Evaluation, Learning and Communication who will ensure that we become as well-known for understanding and communicating what works and why as we currently are for effective programme delivery. The specif job profile is as follows:

The role

You will:

  • Lead a small team in monitoring, evaluation and communications based in our Oxford and London offices.
  • Enable the whole organisation to adopt the most appropriate techniques for understanding the impact of our work and for reporting against our various programme logframes.
  • Contribute to programme design, ensuring that monitoring, evaluation, impact assessment and communications objectives are built in from the start.
  • Help us develop and deliver a comprehensive communications strategy.
  • As a member of the senior management team, play a full part in the organisational and strategic development of INASP.

This role is full-time, based in thier Oxford or London office and the salary range is between £48,000 and £55,000.  INASP offers a contributory pension scheme and a generous holiday entitlement.

They we are looking for

  • Plenty of experience in designing project monitoring and evaluation plans and systems for programmes funded by governmental or institutional donors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • The ability to motivate and develop the skills of the M&E and communications staff.
  • A flexible, supportive attitude to working with senior colleagues.
