This report is the fourth report in a series of evaluative reports commenting on the Information and Knowledge Management
Emergent (IKME) research program.
IKM is a five year research program which brings together a coalition of IKM practitioners, academics and activists to carry out research to develop a critique of and challenge to some of the dominant ways of conceptualising, producing and using knowledge.
It has done so by focusing on three key areas of the IKM domain:
- Creation and content of knowledge.
- The tools and processes through which content is handled,
- and the organisational context in which it is managed, discussed and used.
