Conferences and webinars can ignite conversations by bringing a sector together and sparking new ideas and relationships. Unfortunately, the information and knowledge shared by speakers and individuals can quickly be lost once the conference is over. The 2020 OEGlobal Conference, which focused on solutions and practices that inform and guide the implementation of the UNESCO OER Recommendation, used the  ‘remixer’ tool to prolong the lifespan of their conferences. Participants used remixer to create postcards to send to people who were not able to attend, recommending a session and providing a link to the recording, along with tips and tricks they’d learned.
