MERL Tech is a community, a conference, and a term that is used to describe technology-enabled Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL). MERL Tech aims to bring researchers, evaluators, and practitioners together to discuss the tools and approaches needed to conduct MERL in the field. The conference is organised by the Center for Global Development’s Global Monitoring Division (GMD) and the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie). MERL Tech have gathered resources from their community and made them available for everyone.
