The Global Guide to Research Impact
Agnes specialises in global health communications and has worked with high level academics and policy advisors to promote research at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and Imperial College London. Research areas she has worked on include HIV, neglected tropical diseases, mathematical modelling, maternal and newborn health, evaluation and mental health. After graduating with a BSc Hons Natural Sciences from Durhan University she went on to gain an MSc Science Media Production (Distinction) from Imperial College London. Since graduating and before specialising in global health communications, Agnes worked in a number of roles including as a researcher on science television programmes for Channel 4 and the BBC and a children's science show presenter in London's Science Museum. Her varied background allows her to ensure complex science is communicated in a clear, accurate way.

Research To Action (R2A) is a learning platform for anyone interested in maximising the impact of research and capturing evidence of impact.
The site publishes practical resources on a range of topics including research uptake, communications, policy influence and monitoring and evaluation. It captures the experiences of practitioners and researchers working on these topics and facilitates conversations between this global community through a range of social media platforms.
