On Thursday the 19th February the TTI Exchange is hosting a session entitled ‘Think Tanks influence during elections’ . The session (2D) is intended as an opportunity for Think Tanks to share experiences on influence during elections and exchange ideas and learning on how to enhance impact during elections.
Fernando Masi is the Director at the Centre for Analysis and Dissemination of the Paraguayan Economy (CADEP) and is a panelist for the session. In 2012 CADEP was involved in a collaboration the Development Institute (ID) which resulted in the Paraguay Debate. Informed by ideas and learning from an earlier CIES project in Peru, the Paraguay Debate sought to influence public policy debate in the context of the General Election of 2013.
Ahead of the session on Thursday, these videos profile the activities and learning generated during this project.
