Isabel Vogel is an independent consultant supporting organisations to achieve their social goals through learning, evidence and innovation. She has previously held posts at the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) and the Department for International Development (DFID). More recently her work as focused on developing and reviewing the use of Theory of Change in International Development programmes.
