In support of INASP’s aim to ‘put research and knowledge at the heart of development’ you will provide expert support to Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning work in the organisation. Working alongside INASP’s programme teams and partners, you will support the design, development and implementation of high quality and appropriate M&E and learning processes and systems that uphold INASP’s reputation as a strong critically reflective and analytical organisation.

Terms:

Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 pro rata (some flexibility depending on skills and experience)
Part Time Fixed Term Contract until June 2019
The post is based at our Oxford office.

Executive Director

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead INASP.  Working closely with Board, staff and a wide range of stakeholders, the Executive Director is responsible for developing and implementing our vision for the future and promoting a culture of impact, learning and innovation.

You will inspire, motivate and develop a committed staff team and will shape development of strategic objectives, taking responsibility for sourcing and increasing funding from a range of sources in order to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organisation. As our foremost ambassador, you will ensure INASP is represented positively and visibly in all relevant forums and that the impact of our work is clearly communicated to stakeholders and partners.

Already working in a senior role, you are a proven leader with successful people management experience. Excellent communication skills, financial acumen, strong decision-making and fundraising skills are essential to this role as well as a commitment to collaborative working.

Terms

A competitive salary will be offered in line with experience.
