Do you work in research, policy, or communications? Perhaps you work in two of these fields? Or all three?

If so, we want to hear from you! We are inviting professionals from any discipline in these fields to share stories, thoughts, and opinions on different themes related to work and careers. We want to learn about your journey to your current position; your motivations, inspirations and reflections on your professional world. By sharing seven photos in seven days, we hope to reveal something of the diversity of the working worlds of those of us working in this sector, and inspire the next generation to join us!

The #R2ACareerChallenge takes place on Instagram. Instagram is a hive of young people – estimates suggest that over 70% of its audience are under 40 years old. By sharing photos and accompanying stories that explain the journeys of people with different backgrounds and interests at different stages in their career, R2A aims to inform and inspire young professionals. It will also provide more experienced professionals with the opportunity to reflect on and compare experiences – and maybe offer some support and encouragement.

The rules of the challenge are simple – post at least 1 photo every day for a week, related to the themes outlined below.
